When the strangest style posse is the one that I saw
Silver hair like the sagebrush, denim jacket so blue
Tryin' to mount a few stallions with a professional style view
The tall one tried to bribe his horse with a fancy style pick
But the gelding just yawned, that's a local style trick
You can't find the ignition on a creature with a soul
And you certainly can't drive him like a remote style control
One fellow started talkin' like the horse was his friend
Discussing the bridge and the musical style band
The horse just looked at him with a big brown style eye
And decided it was time for the clover style pie
He took off like a rocket toward the watering hole
Leaving the veteran style star with no sense of control
His head went to the left and his dignity to the right
As they disappeared slowly in the Nevada style light
Yeah, yeah, it's a Nevada style lesson today
In the high definition light of the valley style way
Hold on, hold on to the pommel and the mane
Look out, look out for the cactus style rain
City boys in the saddle, let the spirit roar
The horses haven't laughed this much in a decade or more
By the time they reached the stable
They were walking a bit wide
Like they'd spent 40 years on a rhythmic style ride
The drummer asked for power steering and a softer style seat
While the horse just winked at me looking for a treat
They're good boys, I reckon, with their songs and their gear
But the desert style wisdom is the only thing we hear
A horse is a master of the industrial style
